Havelock welcomes RAGBRAI to town on Monday, July 23, 2007. If you are riding, please plan on stopping in town for food, refreshments, and entertainment. Community Slogan: "Havelock - preserving the past facing the future" Havelock was the first community in the US to have all their telephone wires underground, changing over from rural party lines to modern touchtone phones.
